Yes they do… in fact, I saw a middle aged guy wearing one today and noted how strange it was. My friend didn’t seem to think so, heh…?
In short, there are definitely guys who do. But generally, that is a really rare phenomenon, because short shorts are moreso classified as feminine apparel.

As I recall the short shorts were in fashion for guys in the late 70s or early 80’s. I see few guys wear them now.
